Control Panel Issues
Could access my control panel,but could not access File Manager.I reported the incident,and within 1 hour my problem was resolved. The problem was a glitch within Internet Explorer 8. I was advised to try another browser,which I did,and was able to access File Manager. Many thanks to Support.

I’ve been using PickaWeb now for more than 4 years and have moved several domains from other hosts to Pickaweb. I’ve made the changes because I feel they are reliant, genuine and in it for the long term. The key factor is that they offer excellent support, genuinely 24 hours, not just by ‘Text Talk’ but by phone as well. In truth, all of my problems have been self-inflicted, but I’ve never been made to feel the dummy. If they are not already, then they’ll soon be one of the best.
