I run both Fasthosts and RS Hosting packages depending on the job. I tried running E-Commerce on Fasthosts, but their shared certificates and lack of server control made learning the system a nightmare and at first set us back about 2 months. The support guys are brilliant (especially Joel for saving my life today!) and I have found that the live support text thing works better than phone support in many cases as you can add links and paste any issues in the box. It’s nice to get a reply with 30 seconds day and night to in my experience. I recommend them very highly, and wish that other server companies would use their enthusiasm for quality and service as a benchmark.
